Updates on Machine & Monitor Production Due to USA Tariffs and Uncertainty

As most of our orders for our upcoming 4:3 ratio monitors are scheduled to be sent to USA, the recent tariff situation in USA has caused tremendous uncertainty not only for ourselves but also our customers & distributors. Sadly, because of these troubles we will be delayed for shipping of all models.

Currently we are running a number of production runs that include 16.6inch, 19inch, 26inch, 32inch and 35inch monitors. The majority of the inventory was scheduled to be sent to the USA marketplace. With the tariffs now 145% many of our bulk clients have not sent their balance payments (understandably) whilst some clients are asking for refunds. Its a big mess.

All we can do is assure you that we are still proceeding with the manufacturing of all monitors but the timelines will change for shipping dates (it maybe an additional 4-12 weeks until we re-allocate inventory, restructure assembly lines, etc...). Please wait for us - if you have placed orders with us, we will be in touch by end of next week with a better timeline.

In a similar situation, we have significant delays on machine productions such as Game Wizard Xtreme and Tempest which were scheduled for shipping to USA.

UPDATE 23/04/25 - 16.6inch monitor production has been completed and orders have been shipped. Inventory is also available for purchase.
